Delivery and Returns

In-stock orders

In-stock pairs are normally dispatched within one working day. Delivery time begins when the parcel is collected by the carrier and varies by destination and service.

Courier services are selected through Parcel2Go according to destination, price and service availability. Available delivery charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is supplied when it is included with the selected service.

If you need an order urgently, contact the studio before ordering so that an appropriate service can be confirmed.

International delivery

Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for import VAT, duties and carrier handling fees unless checkout expressly states that these are included. Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside the studio's direct control.

Cancelling an online order

For most goods ordered online by UK consumers, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time of order until 14 days after delivery. After notifying the studio, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To request a cancellation or return, use the Contact page and include your order number. Return instructions and the return address will be supplied.

Returns

  • Shoes may be tried on indoors as they would be in a shop.
  • Returned shoes should include their original packaging and accessories.
  • You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless the studio agrees otherwise.
  • Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
  • A deduction may be made only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
  • Where cancellation rights apply, the standard outbound delivery charge will be refunded. Additional amounts paid for enhanced delivery need not be refunded.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the legally required period after the goods, or acceptable evidence of return, are received.

This policy does not restrict your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Sample-sale items

Sample and second-quality products may show wear or faults described on their product page. A disclosed fault forms part of the product description. Other statutory rights, including rights concerning undisclosed faults, still apply. Ordinary online cancellation rights are not excluded merely because an item is reduced or described as a sample.
